Here’s how it works:
What This Is:
Office Hours are focused, working sessions where we take an artifact or data from a program or service, research, evaluation, or strategic plan and work on it together in real time.
Who This Is For:
Office Hours prioritize nonprofit staff, social workers implementing programs and services, grant writers and consultants doing work that centers the lived experiences of women and girls of color, gender-expansive youth, and BIPOC communities.
This also includes: Program managers & coordinators, development staff / fundraisers, evaluation staff, community engagement leads, small nonprofit executive directors, coalition or network leaders, and policy/advocacy staff.
To sign up, the work you’re bringing must be related to women and girls of color, gender expansive youth, or BIPOC communities.
How Office Hours Are Structured:
What To Bring To Your Session:
Examples of session work: Refine program activities, aligning outputs with outcomes; tighten data and outcomes for a funders report; shape surveys or focus groups that really resonate; make sense of shared data across coalitions or partners; connect program evidence to policy asks or framing; or editing a Request for Proposal for clarity and equity.
